Our History
What began in 1998 as a small residential service provider has grown and evolved into a successful utility construction company. HRS has developed a reputation of integrity based on family values, hard work and through the contributions of our valued staff.
We are based in northern New York State and serve a variety of clientele in the Northeast in many capacities including electric transmission, distribution, underground and solar projects.
